1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PracticalFlow Apps, operated by Gamify Hub Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

PracticalFlow Apps provides custom workflow application development, process automation consulting, and related services for small businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: workflow consultations, discovery packages, pilot applications, full custom application development, and ongoing maintenance subscriptions.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use our services to transmit any harmful or malicious code

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom applications developed for you will be owned by you upon full payment. However, we retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project, as well as any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or components we bring to the project.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals or service agreements. For subscription services, fees are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services after reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PracticalFlow Apps and Gamify Hub Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
